Dendrobaena are an ideal fishing bait for both fresh water and sea fishing, in particular for fish such as bass, tench, roach and bream.

They are a large, tough bait and have the ability to survive under water for a longer length of time than most other forms of live bait.  

They will keep for several weeks if kept in the correct conditions (approximately 8°C in a suitable medium).
